Individual Counseling Services

Our Counselors and Psychotherapists are all Licensed Mental Health Counselors in the State of Florida with many years of experience to help with all your mental health and behavioral health needs.

They also specialize in diagnosing and treating people with mental illness such as depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD and Bipolar disorder using a variety of therapy techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR).

Couples & Family Counseling Services

Our counselors also offer couples, marriage or family counseling.

This type of therapy can help resolve marital problems or conflict within the family system between parent and child. It can also address  the impact mental illness or substance abuse has on the whole family.

While most all health insurance companies cover individual counseling, your health insurance may or may not cover couples or family counseling.
